ENDOPULSE™ is incredibly versatile and can be used to lift, tighten and contour both the face, neck and body. It’s particularly effective for areas where skin is starting to loosen or where subtle sculpting is needed. 
A very fine laser fibre (as thin as a human hair) is inserted just beneath the skin’s surface through it’s natural openings (no incisions will be made). This laser energy heats the deeper layers of skin to stimulate your body’s natural production of collagen and elastin — which tightens to create youthful, healthy skin. At the same time, it helps to break down small pockets of fat, especially around the jawline and lower face, for a more sculpted, defined look.

We adjust the depth of treatment to focus on either skin firming, fat tissue melting in specific areas like the jowls, or a combination of both. This ensures the treatment is targeting the areas you’re concerned about the most.

The result? Firmer, tighter skin (across the face and/or body) and improved facial contours that continue to enhance over the following months, as your skin regenerates from within.

No. The treatment area is numbed with a local anaesthetic (lidocaine) beforehand, making ENDOPULSE™ very comfortable. Most clients find it less uncomfortable than anti-wrinkle injections or dermal fillers, and during treatment you may only feel a little pressure or warmth.
Downtime is minimal. You can expect some swelling, possible bruising and tenderness after treatment. The majority of swelling usually settles within 5–7 days, although mild swelling can take 2–4 weeks to fully resolve, depending on the area treated. .
Some tightening may be noticeable immediately after treatment, with the best results developing over the following 3–6 months as new collagen is produced. Results can last up to 3 years or longer, depending on the natural ageing process, your skin quality and lifestyle. While ENDOPULSE™ cannot achieve the same results as a surgical facelift, it is considered the next best non-surgical option for tightening and contouring the skin. It offers a step up from treatments such as HIFU and RF microneedling, making it ideal if you're not ready for a facelift, or simply don't want surgery but want one of the most effective non-surgical skin tightening treatments available. Where appropriate, ultrasound imaging may be incorporated into selected ENDOPULSE™ treatments to assess tissue depth and anatomy, allowing treatment to be planned with even greater precision.
